480,000 Steps in October

As we reach the end of September, the next 'milestone' for us is 12 months or a whole year without Liam. Some of you will know that Connor and I have decided to go away over that weekend, we'd prefer to be somewhere with no memories to try and make this as easy as possible.
I have decided it is time to do some more fundraising, if we can stop just one person from going through what we have this last year then I would consider that a massive success. Liam was only 48 when he died from an entirely preventable heart attack. His stubbornness and lack of acceptance of the situation helped in part for things to turn out the way they did so if all I do is raise a bit more awareness and remind all of us how burying our heads in the sand never solves anything then I'll be happy with that. I wish with all my heart, that Liam and my Grandad were still here with us, heart disease is brutal, indiscriminate and unnecessary so if you can spare anything at all to help fund research into this cruel disease then I would really appreciate your support. 480,000 steps in 31 days equates to around 5 miles a day on average so this will be a fair challenge but one that will in turn help to keep my heart healthy. If you fancy joining me then please feel free to contact me!
Thank you xx
