Grandma Edie/Edith Sharp

Great great Grandma Edie/ Great Grandma Edie/ Grandma Ed/ Grandma/ Mum/ Aunty/ Friend.

She always made you feel important no matter what you called her or if you were related or not.

She died in November 2017 at the grand old age of 100 (& a half) at home in her bed.

She leaves behind a huge family that she loved so dearly and who miss her terribly. She adored every one and never forgot a birthday or an anniversary and always bought such thoughtful gifts to mark those occasions.

She had a wonderful sense of humour and was very bossy and stubborn right to the end. Literally doing it 'my way' right to the end even when she couldn't do much for herself.

She expressed in her personal paperwork that she didn't want flowers as they just die and that's a waste and that she would prefer for donations to go to the British Heart Foundation. Over the years she donated lots of items to them and loved receiving the letters saying how much she had raised with her items.

Help her keep helping others by giving the money you would have paid for flowers to this page and lets honour her name and add to her amazing legacy.
