Welcome to Fi's Heart Fund page, set up to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in their fight against heart disease. Guess what? I've just done the equivalent of ten London to Brighton rides: from Santander in Spain to Mirepoix in France! And, like Fi's Gift of Hope fund, I'm not stopping there! Let's keep it going eh? It seems we're about half way to our initial target of £20,000. Please help out with a donation of as much or as little as you can manage: it's all very much appreciated. To our many supporters, to Fi's many friends, and to our families we send love and thanks in equal measure.

Fi, Charlotte and Rachael on the way back from the famous camping holiday in France in 1981.
Taken on Fi's favourite beach surrounded by a bunch of hunky guys (you know who you were...)
What a great picture!
Fi working on her favourite kind of object - a tapestry.
This looks more like 1983 - dig the floral print frock babe!
Fi, Whenever I hear I Say a Little Prayer for You I think of you. It's one of my favourite songs anyway, and then I think of that recording by the DD Wonderchoir played at your funeral.

I can't believe seven years have passed since Fi died.Every time I pass 'Abbey Lodge' I think of her elegance, serenity, and of course her beauty. Love and happiness to all of you Russels. Jer,Meem

Though 3rd May will always be a sad day for me, looking through the many smiling and silly pics I have of Fi has brought back lots of cheerful, happy memories too. Share the love people

We still miss you very much Fi. You were always such fun to be with. Do you remember visiting us in St Saturnin and the walks we did along the old cobbled calades in the hillslove xx
