Gwen Bird
Gwen passed away on 30 October 2020 aged 92, 12 months after her beloved husband Denis.
A much-loved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, she spent the first part of her life in Wombwell, South Yorkshire before settling in Wollaton, Nottingham then moving to Great Bookham, Surrey for her final years.
Mum received wonderful care over many years from cardiologists at Nottingham City Hospital whose skill helped her live a long, active and happy life.
