We will be meeting up at McDonalds Car Park (Brentford) at 9am and travelling to the park via bus and tube. We will be doing a 1 hour class followed by a healthy picnic. This is open to all the family and the class will be adapted accordingly.   The cost of this is a donation of £5 (or more if you wish) and all  money will be going to the British Heart Foundation in memory of  my father John Idris Devonald who passed away on Thursday 1st April 2010 surrounded by loved ones.   Dad wanted me to keep his name alive and raise money for charities with the British Heart Foundation being one of them.   If you would like to participate please contact Jacqueline Wilson via her website http://energ-eyesfitness.ning.com or if you would like to donate money towards this event, you can do this online by selecting the 'Donate Online' tab which is situated in the middle of this page. If you can come along it's guaranteed to be a fun day out and a chance to get fitter!!!   Thank you for your support.  Helen  ------------------------------------------------ Fat Burn walking workout - Saturday 17th September 2011   Yet again Jacqueline Wilson who is a fitness and health expert has arranged another Fat Burn Walking Workout for Charity on Saturday 17th September at Richmond Park.
