Thank you for visiting my Gift of Hope fund for Jason Wakerell!

Jay passed away whilst waiting for a heart transplant in Harefield Hospital in 2013, however he continues to live in his 2 amazing little boys xXx J.D xXx
He began to raise awareness about organ donation - I have taken this and continued to do so in his memory! I, myself have signed up to the organ donor register because of my cousin! I also now give blood.... But the importance of giving something so precious doesn't become important to u until it is someone close to you who is affected! So, to make sure no one has to go through the pain and devastation we have had to, please sign up or support by donating in Jay's memory! Saying your sign up tomorrow?.... Tomorrow could be too late! Would u take an organ or blood if u needed it?!... If you would its fair to give to receive! Be a hero, and give when u no longer need!

The British Heart Foundation is leading the fight against heart disease and they rely upon their supporters to help them continue their vital and ground-breaking research. This special fund has been set up to raise money in support of their essential work. If you are a UK taxpayer you can add 25% to your donation at no extra cost to you by simply ticking the Gift Aid box when you donate.

Thank you again.
