A mischievous smile, a twinkle in the eye and comment as sharp as a blade - always with humour and never with malice. Malcolm, your wisdom, professionalism and friendliness taught me many things, not least to respect and enjoy everything around me. Put simply, our work at Eastnor, Gaydon and Solihull will never be quite the same. Take care my friend.
