Mary Wakeling

How would you describe them?

“A special lady at the heart of her family ,loved by all.”

Thank you for visiting my Gift of Hope tribute fund in honour of our lovely mum nan and nanoo who fought heart disease for 33 years of her life. She had pioneering heart bypass surgery in 1981 and a further similar operation on 2001 which she very nearly didnt survive . But although she had heart failure survive she did and was lucky enough to be a huge part of her families' lives in the following years. No one could have been closer to great grandchildren than she was and they loved her dearly with all their hearts,as we all did .

This special fund will help raise vital funds for the British Heart Foundation. and especially their new " mending broken hearts" campaign .I recently suffered a heart attack myself and have undergone angioplasty and stent insertion but thankfully my heart is not broken in any way and I thank god for that .

The BHF is the nation's heart charity, dedicated to saving lives through pioneering research, patient care and by providing vital information. It would be amazing if we could raise lots of money to help them continue their essential work. If you are a UK taxpayer you can add 25% to your donation at no extra cost to you by simply ticking the Gift Aid box when you donate.

Thank you again.
