Nick Bird

How would you describe them?

“"A guitar-playing, free-wheeling boy who hitchhiked from Overton to Basingstoke, sleeping in the fields if necessary on the way home."”

What did they love most?

“His wife, his girls, gardening, pigs, reading, sunbathing, instruction manuals, walking, his guitar, red wine... Oh, and the dog.”

What will you remember most about them?

“Whisking bubbles in the bath...Cocktails, BBQs, having an answer to everything, whittling stuff. Broken specs and just chatting.”

Thank you for visiting my Gift of Hope tribute fund.

This special fund will help raise vital funds for the British Heart Foundation. The BHF is the nation's heart charity, dedicated to saving lives through pioneering research, patient care and by providing vital information. It would be amazing if we could raise lots of money to help them continue their essential work.
